Tan embarked on her academic journey with a Pre-Medicine undergraduate degree in Biology, but chose to enter the corporate realm instead of pursuing medicine. With decades of corporate experience in Singapore, she furthered her studies in Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Singapore Institute of Management University, and Master’s in Project Management from the University of Liverpool.

In 2011, Tan returned to the Philippines with a deep passion for architecture and interior design, which inspired her to enter the construction sector. She launched her career with a flagship project—a 30,138 square-feet office space requiring detailed interior design, renovation, and fit-out works—marking the beginning of the Capita journey.

Her strategic acumen, versatile leadership, and resilience have been instrumental in propelling the company forward, earning her a respectable place in the industry. Tan’s proactive approach in seizing emerging market opportunities drives innovation and underscores our commitment to excellence.
