Victoria Tan
President and CEO
Tan began her academic journey with a Pre-Medicine degree in Biology but later pursued a corporate career. With extensive experience in Singapore’s business sector, she also undertook further studies in Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management at the Singapore Institute of Management University and Master of Science in Project Management at the University of Liverpool.

In 2011, she returned to the Philippines, driven by a passion for architecture and interior design. This led her into the construction industry, where she launched a 30,138-square-foot office renovation and fit-out—Capita’s first major project.

Her strategic vision, adaptive leadership, and commitment to quality have been pivotal to Capita’s growth. Tan continues to drive innovation by seizing new market opportunities and strengthening the company’s position as a trusted industry partner.
